Luxe Nikah is a private matchmaking service designed for Muslim individuals seeking sincere, intentional marriage. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using our service. By applying to join Luxe Nikah, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

 

 

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Luxe Nikah is open to individuals of all backgrounds who are serious about marriage.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the intake process.

• Luxe Nikah reserves the right to decline or remove applicants at our discretion.

 

 

3. Service Structure

Luxe Nikah offers three tiers of service:

• Luxe Standard: One-time fee of £300 for 6 months of access. Clients receive basic profile screening and manual match suggestions.

• Luxe VIP: One-time fee of £1,000 for 12 months of access, including deeper vetting, priority match placement, and one formal arranged introduction.

• Elite Concierge: Starting at £3,000. Application-only, tailored for high-profile clients requiring bespoke, discreet matchmaking services.

Each tier offers different levels of curation, communication, and matchmaking involvement. Elite Concierge clients will receive a private intake form after initial vetting.

 

 

4. No Guarantee Clause

Luxe Nikah does not guarantee matches, introductions, or marriage. We are not responsible for the outcome of any connection. The service involves personalised effort and matchmaking, but compatibility, communication, and outcomes are the responsibility of the client.

 

 

5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

• Payment is required before your application is reviewed or processed (excluding Elite Concierge).

• Payment must be submitted via our approved payment links only.

• You are responsible for entering correct payment details.

 

 

6. Client Conduct & Expectations

• Clients are expected to be respectful, honest, and responsive.

• Disrespectful behaviour, ghosting, inappropriate conduct, or dishonesty may result in permanent removal from the service without refund.

• Luxe Nikah reserves the right to stop communication or support if a client is deemed unserious or harmful.

 

 

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• We value your privacy. All personal details are stored securely and will not be shared outside the context of matchmaking.

• Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality of any introductions or information shared with them.

• Public sharing, screenshots, or breaches of discretion will result in termination.

 

 

8. Verification and Screening

• Luxe Nikah performs soft screening based on the information provided.

• We do not perform background checks, legal verifications, or identity certification unless discussed under Elite Concierge services.

• Clients are advised to conduct their own checks and involve family/wali where applicable.

 

 

9. Data Use

• We collect information solely for matchmaking and internal service use.

• Your data may be reviewed internally for matchmaking purposes but will not be publicly shared.

• By submitting your application, you agree to Luxe Nikah’s handling of your data for matchmaking-related communication.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

Luxe Nikah reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
